Commission Breakdown Plan A
$50 Monthly Fee plus a $300 transaction fee per closed residential Transaction. (FMLS fees of .0012 apply) Never pay more than $12,000 in fees per year.

Commission Breakdown Plan B
$300 Monthly Fee plus a $50 transaction fee per closed residential transaction. (FMLS fees of .0012 apply). Never pay more than $12,000 in fees per year.

New Agents Commission Schedule
$50 Monthly Fee with a 70/30 split for the first three transactions. (FMLS fees of .0012 apply). Once first three transactions are completed agent will choose Commission Breakdown A or B.
